สายไฟชีลด์อ่อนชนิดคอนโทรลและใช้เชื่อมต่อใช้ในงานวิศกรรมคอนโทรลและอินสทรูเม้นท์ ซึ่งใช้กระแสน้อยและการส่งข้อมูลที่ต้องต่อเนื่องเช่น งานอิเล็คทรอนิกส์อุตสาหกรรม,คอมพิวเตอร์,ระบบทรานสมิทชั่น และการส่งข่าวสาร,อุปกรณ์ในออฟฟิศ และระบบอินเตอร์คอม ชนิด 2 ทางตลอดจนการใช้งานบริเวณที่มีสัญญาณการรบกวนแบบความถี่สูงเกิดขึ้น

สายไฟนี้เหมาะกับการใช้งานในอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ใช้ข้อต่อขนาดกระทัดรัด และแบบ Plug-in ซึ่งต้องการสายไฟชีลด์ที่มีขนาดเล็กที่สุด ชีลด์เป็นชนิดทองแดงเคลือบดีบุกถักประมาณ 85% ให้การป้องกันจากสัญญาณภายนอก สร้างความมั่นใจของสัญญาณที่ปราศจากการรบกวน ตัวสายไฟเหมาะกับการติดตั้งแบบยืดหยุ่น และถาวรในที่แห้ง

คุณสมบัติ

• ถูกออกแบบให้มีเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางของสายที่เล็ก แม้จะมีแกนสายไฟมากขึ้น
• ฉนวนและเปลือกพีวีซีชนิดพิเศษให้คุณสมบัติทางกลที่ดีเยี่ยมและมีความอ่อนตัวของสายไฟ

ความคงทน

• เปลือกพีวีซีจะทนต่อน้ำมันต่างๆ (แต่ขึ้นอยู่กับชนิดน้ำมัน,ยกเว้นตาม VDE 0472 part 803)
• การคงทนต่อสารเคมีของพีวีซีให้อ้างอิงตามตารางแนะนำเทคนิค
