	HPM BUS	Communications cables for wiring and trailing chain applications

Applications

HPM BUS communications cables are designed for most applications of industrial communications according to system-specific requirements. The optimum pitch of the pairs and the asymmetric lay-up of the pairs, as well as the copper braiding screen and/or aluminium-coated polyester foil ensure clear signal transmission and provide protection against both internal and external interference.

HPM BUS 1 x 2 x AWG 22
This 150 Ω BUS cable was developed for SIEMENS systems and is designed for permanent installation. The double screen-foil and braiding-provides optimum protection against high and low-frequency interference.

HPM BUS-2Y
The polyethylene outer sheath of this 150 Ω BUS cable with double screen is strengthened and black in colour. This cable is thus suitable both for underground installation as well as for outdoor applications in direct sunshine and all areas requiring protection by the outer sheath against higher mechanical loads.

HPM BUS-EXTRAFLEX-S
This double-screen 150 Ω BUS cable was developed for process control in industrial robotics. It can be used for trailing chain applications and was designed for applications of continuous movement-for forced movement as well.
The polyurethane sheath is resistant to oil.

HPM BUS-7
These BUS cables with an impedance of between 100 and 120 Ω enable cost-effective wiring using insulation piercing connecting techniques. The optimum copper braid provides high protection against interference.
