Drum-reeling rubber-sheathed
flexible cable with torsion
protection according to VDE 0250
part 814
|
 |
| |
|
|
|

|
 |
Applications |
These drum-reeling rubber-sheathed
flexible cables are used for applications
involving frequent unreeling and reeling
and tensile and/or torsional loads
at the same time, and forced movement
of the cable for hoisting equipment,
transportation and conveyor systems
with high mechanical loads.
These cables
are used for high dynamic loads as
in cable tracks and carriers, cable
chains, reeling in electrical hydraulics
operations, solenoid actuators as well
as for mobile cable carriers.
These
cables are used in dry and wet rooms
as well as for outdoor applications,
in water, at building sites, in commercial
and agricultural operations.
Characteristic features
Reeling and traversing
speeds max. 120 m/min.
Acceleration
0.4 m/s2
Suitable for
protection class II
Continuous
tensile load of the conductor max.
20 N/ mm2 ,
with respect to the total copper
cross section of the outer layer
conductors.
Use
as drag and trailing cables in energy
management chains.
Durability
